Part-time Job Available in San Clemente
Hospitality Team Member
$25/hour.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented part-time Hospitality Team Member to join our team in San Clemente, preparing luxury vacation condos to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Condo Turnovers
• Clean and reset up to three luxury condos each day, following detailed checklists to ensure exceptional standards.
Common Area & Amenities Cleaning
• Sweep or power wash stairs, hallways, entryways, and driveways.
• Ensure resort amenities—including beach chairs, wagons, boogie boards, bikes, and other shared equipment—are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Laundry
• Wash, dry, fold, and restock linens, towels, and bedding.
Other Duties
• Perform additional housekeeping or cleaning tasks as assigned by the Hospitality Manager.
What We’re Looking For
• Hospitality Experience: 3+ years in cleaning or housekeeping, ideally in hotels, resorts, or vacation rentals. Experience with PMS a plus.
• Customer Service Mindset: Positive, can-do attitude with pride in creating welcoming spaces.
• Team Player: Works well with supervisors and fellow staff; communicates clearly about issues.
• Self-Starter: Dependable, punctual, fast-learner and able to work independently.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong eye for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, stand, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Local Requirement: Must live in or near San Clemente, CA.
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Rate: $25 per hour
• Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week with potential to increase.
• Schedule: Flexible but typically 8:00 am – 2:00 pm, with availability during peak turnover times including Sundays
