The guest house does not share walls with, but is adjacent to another guest house. We live onsite at the main front house, so we can easily give you tips about the neighborhood. We have a Ring doorbell looking out to your private outdoor area from the entrance, for your safety.

Don't miss out the fun yet distant Farmer's Market. Grab some colorful produce, fresh bread, fragrant flowers, and more! Every Thursday from 3pm to 7pm at North Park Way! Face Masks are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals!

Come relax in our newly remodeled North Park craftsman located in a quiet neighborhood that is a foody, Millenial paradise! 7-minute walk to 30th street and 15-minute walk to University - each with a plethora of trendy coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. Eight min drive to Balboa Park/San Diego Zoo and fifteen-minute drive to Coronado beach. Coffee and tea is provided, although you will probably prefer a five-minute stroll to Santos Coffee house for a cold brew and breakfast bagel.

Guests have access to their own laundry facilities, kitchen, private patios (front and back), high-speed wireless internet (mesh WiFi, 4K TV, Google Mini with Spotify, and more. The guest house is small, but well-equipped. There's a first aid kit, hair dryer, toiletries, towels, Kuerig Coffee maker, and a lot more. If you need anything else just ask us and we'll do our best to get it for you!
