Owning a vacation rental property is a lot of work. Between the tasks ie. such as making sure the property is taken care of and checking it between guests – and the backend tasks ie. such as updating and maintaining your rental listing – it can become unmanageable for just one person to keep up with.

Manage your own Vacation Rental or use a Co-Host. Great Question!

In order to create an income producing property owners need to do some of the basics.
- Prepare the rental. ie. amenities, safety, and design
- List the property. ideally multiple OTA's, good information presented attractively.
- Market the property - Direct booking sites, SEO and Social Media.
- Curate an experience. Local attractions, designed experiences and more.

These are the basics that need to be covered in order to compete in the market that has been booming over the last few years.

Most agencies will do all of the things for a fee ranging from 12-25%.

We believe that most owners will be more successful with an co-host that knows how to do these things and do it on a daily basis.
