The lincoln hotel is a long-term SRO residential facility. It is a historic building in the heart of the San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. This area of downtown is undergoing major renovations, like a new ballpark stadium, apartment buildings, restaurants, an extension of the convention center, along with major hotel chains like Marriott, Omni, Grand Hyatt, embassy suites, etc. In this sea of expensive places, the ordinary worker needs a place to rest their weary heads.
