Brief interruption to the holiday fun…

Vacation rental owners, local businesses, jobs, and of course - our wonderful guests, are all in a position to lose if this tax proposal passes ‼️ Tax of $5000 to each bedroom per rental home ends the opportunity to share our beautiful city! Not to mention the potential negative impacts on housing costs, renters, homeowners, and the local real estate market.

Residences of San Diego, we need you to vote NO to the $5000 per bedroom tax in San Diego in June 2026. We already pay significant taxes to support our city, but this proposal would put us out of business ☹️

Hotels would be unaffected, so say so-long to affordable accommodations!

If you love visiting San Diego, please help us by contacting city officials, and supporting the opportunity for us all to share San Diego reasonably! 🌴☀️💛
