Last Month, Robert headed to Nicaragua to spend time with producers and check in on the new crop. There is something grounding about seeing the work at origin. The altitude, the farms, the people behind the coffee. It reminds you that every bag started as someone’s careful harvest.
We are excited to share that our Nicaragua lot from Fara Coffee will be landing soon.
Fara Coffee is a family-owned producer and exporter based in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, a region known for its high elevations, volcanic soils, and slow cherry maturation that helps develop sweetness and structure in the cup. The company works closely with local producers and has built a reputation for consistent quality and strong traceability from farm to export.
Beyond coffee, the family also runs the Fara Foundation, a nonprofit focused on improving quality of life in rural coffee communities. The foundation invests in education, healthcare, and community development programs that support farming families and help strengthen the long-term sustainability of coffee production in the region.
Excited for this coffee to arrive soon and grateful for the producers and partners behind it.
