Over 54 hours, we had the privilege of hosting James Beard Award winners and a room full of guests who came ready to celebrate them. The VIP Chef Dinner on Thursday set the tone, and from there the weekend unfolded in extraordinary fashion: live cooking demonstrations and knife skills workshops, wine and whiskey tastings. Plus, Golf with the Chefs, a fun cocktail competition and more all to lead up to the Grand Chefs Tour Dinner.
To the chefs who shared their kitchens and their stories with us, thank you. To Executive Chef , Corporate Executive Chef , and Regional Sommelier for hosting, thank you.
And to every single guest who pulled up a chair, raised a glass, and made the room what it was, thank you most of all. You are the reason this event is our biggest of the year.
