t home? Our spacious common room provides all the necessities for a fun night in while spending time with other guests and our awesome staff. We are a few short blocks from the Downtown Convention Center, and a short way from the zoo, museums, beaches, and all that the beautiful city of San Diego has to offer!

Hi ! The spring is here, it's the perfect time to come visit San Diego !
Come stay at Hostel on 3rd located in the Gaslamp Quarter where you can fully enjoy the nightlife of San Diego and be close to the best activities like the Balboa Park, Old Town, Coronado, and Little Italy.
You might even experience going to a baseball game at Petco Park which is a 10 minute walk from the hostel !!
Also you can take the trolley which is only 5 min from the hostel to the beach, Sunset Cliffs, or to La Jolla to see the sea lions or watch the sunset !

The fascinating history of Balboa Park is central to San Diego's history. Located just two blocks from downtown, the park has a rich history, reflected in its stunning architecture, numerous exhibits and installations, and cultural events that take place throughout the year. My favorite place in Balboa Park is the very colorful Spanish Village. 🌴

Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve is the best place for hiking on the West Coast. You can watch the sea crash against the Californian cliffs from many points of view accessible on foot. Or for the less sporty, you can stroll on the beach and enjoy the sun ☀️

For a little history, I advise you to go to the Old Town district of San Diego. Easily accessible by tram or car, this district is worth the detour. This is also an opportunity to stop at a Mexican restaurant to eat. And don't forget to stop by Heritage County Park to see historic homes with Victorian architecture!

(French) Pour un peu d'histoire, je vous conseille de faire un tour dans le quartier Old Town de San Diego. Facilement accessible en tramway ou en voiture, ce quartier mérite le détour. C'est l'occasion également de s'arrêter dans un restaurant mexicain pour manger.
