Dearest Lo**ta, You were so close to freedom, but time ran out. Now you're finally free from all the pain and suffering.
She was captured and ripped away from all she knew in 1970. She was 4 years old and thriving with her family in the pacific near Seattle. She has lived in a cement prison ever since. Plans to release her have finally been approved but unfortunately did not happen soon enough.
