Meet the faces behind HIG!

Hotel Investment Group was founded in 1991 when Bhavesh “Bobby” Patel, purchased his first property – the 44-room Reps Motel – in Fresno, California. Today, Patel serves as Chairman of the Board and is responsible for overseeing HIG’s corporate functions and directing the efforts of the asset management team. He also plays an active role in all contract negotiations and advises on key operational challenges, including risk mitigation, capital planning and expenditures and investor-funding capital projects.
