Availability include late evenings and graveyard shift, weekend and some holidays
Maintain building security
Maintain complete and accurate building logs, records
Respond to building emergencies in compliance with the Property Management manual
Responds courteously, efficiently and professionally to guest service requests
Assist residents in completing work orders, incident reports and complaints
Accurately complete incident reports and complaints
Distributes guest and staff mail and messages as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Pay: $16/HR
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED required
Computer skills
Willingness to learn and follow directions
Organized, with attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and responsible during emergencies.
An understanding of and ability to communicate with diverse types of people.
Ability to be a part of a team.
Ability to appropriately respond to and resolve conflict. Applicants with de-escalation and conflict resolution training recognized.
