Thank you to all our patrons that came to our first blind tasting wine class here at Hôtel Biron! The wines of the evening were a Pinot Gris from CA, a Vinho Verde from Portugal, a Gamay from France and a Pinot Noir from Oregon. Can't wait to see you all in July for our next class!
