Anyone looking to move into an awesome apartment in the mission end of January with a $1600-$1700 budget?

Huge. Giant rooms and common area and back yard. Plus storage and bike parking.

Cute. Victorian molding with high ceilings and recently renovated. Tons of windows and sunlight.
All amenities. Dishwasher/disposal, etc...
Semi-communal. I lived in an apartment in this 6 unit building many years ago. My friend still lives upstairs from this unit. This unit is way better than mine was.

I just toured today and the place is gorgeous. My BBQ is still in the back yard. I would love to live there again with the right folks. I need two more. Please let me know if you or anyone is interested!
