It is with heartfelt gratitude that we announce the retirement of our beloved Canine Operating Officer, Buster, after 10 magnificent years of service at Hotel Nikko San Francisco.
Buster’s legacy extends far beyond his official duties—he has been the wagging heartbeat of our hotel, welcoming guests with unparalleled warmth and introducing countless visitors to the magic of San Francisco.
Under his watchful eye and discerning paw, we proudly developed the Pet Pride Package, featuring luxurious dog beds, a dedicated dog run terrace, an exclusive canine room service menu, and our signature check-in bags filled with toys and accessories - all designed to make our four-legged guests feel right at home.
