Fort Point Beer Company does amazing things with yuzu. One of the most magical San Francisco Beer Week collaborations was a Fort Point-brewed Saison featuring fresh yuzu sourced at Whole Foods Market -- so beautiful, so refreshing!

Curious about the special ingredient that makes our new Yuzu KSA Radler really sing? Yuzu is a citrus that’s a cross between a Mandarin orange and a papeda (similar to a pomelo) that’s typically found in Asia and widely grown in Japan. The real magic lies in yuzu's peel and juice which are extremely aromatic.

Unlike more typical citrus fruits like lemons and limes, yuzu has sharp notes of pine that blend with its tart, citrusy aroma. The flavor is really unique, a little savory and super refreshing.

Loads of fun and great releases from Barebottle Brewing Company as they celebrate 5 years, including this "sweet" Double IPA and two very special apple brandy barrel-aged stouts, one spiced and with vanilla.

Sounds yummy, right? Head to the or Santa Clara locations, then, since these special anniversary release will available from the tasting rooms.
