PLEASE NOTE: This is for planning purposes only, we are not taking reservations for the 2022 outings until January.

ALSO: In most cases, additional nights are available before and after the outings.

Hello everyone

We got a bit of a late start with our outings this year, but the outings we did have worked out great!

We will be posting the 2021 outings on our website (pioneercampingclub.com) in January so check back at that time.

We will also be sending out a save the dates email in December. So if your not on our mailing list, and would like to get that, please let us know.

Hello everyone,

We hope everyone is doing well and we're looking forward to getting back to camping as soon as possible.

We have been working with the campgrounds and wanted to give you an update on our upcoming outings.

June outing in Pismo
Pismo Coast Village is open and as of now will be honoring our reservation. However, the facilities at the campground and services in town will be closed or limited.

We do not have any available sites for this outing, but if you wish to be put on the waiting list please let us know.

4th of July
We are optimistic this outing will occur as scheduled.

Other outings...
As of now, we are expecting all our other 2020 outings to continue as scheduled.

Hello everyone,

I'm sure you are all aware of both the current local and travel restrictions related to the Caronavirus threat. We are looking into how these restriction may affect our upcoming outings.

*** April Outing to Cava Robles RV Resort ***
Our first outing to Paso Robles, CA is a little over a month away, so today I called the Cava Robles RV Resort and asked them what current restriction they have in place.

*** As of today and until April 6th ***
- The resort office is closed but I am still in communication with them via phone and email
- All facilities are closed except for the laundry and bathrooms
- Their asking everyone to adhere to CDC restrictions regarding group sizes and social distancing but not mandating compliance

*** Resort restrictions After April 6th ***
There are currently no planned restrictions but this may change as we get closer.

*** If you have a reservation for the April Outing ***
As of now we are still planning to hold this outing. I will be sending emails to the people signed up for this outing as more information becomes available.

*** If you do not have a reservation but would like to go ***
We currently do not have sites available but we will put your name on the waiting list and inform you if and when a site is available. Please let us know if you would like to be put on the list.

*** Staying on top of things ***
We will continue to monitor information that may affect our upcoming club outings and inform you of any changes.
