Site visit at Connect on Orcutt in San Luis Obispo. The project is a new, three story residential building with 78 units, amenity space, fitness, a new cafe/brewery, office building, and co-working space.

We were reviewing storefront curbs, the roof, site drainage, framing and retaining walls.

Twin Creeks site visit to review construction progress this last week.

Twin Creeks is a new mixed used planned development in San Luis Obispo, CA. The project consists of 9 buildings with 94 residential units, community spaces and retail. There is one more building to begin framing in Phase I.

We received entitlements for Redwood City last night at Planning Commission with a unanimous approval! This 4-story branded hotel has 91 guestrooms and sits prominently on the corner of Veterans and Brewster.

Arris had their first virtual Paint and Sip today and it was a lot of fun! Everyone's paintings turned out great.

The Annex is a Hilton Home 2 in Atascadero, CA and is really coming along nicely.

The hotel has 120 guestrooms and is located along highway 101 and close to local wineries. Some of the amenities include nice patio spaces, an outdoor pool, and outdoor fireplaces and fire pits.

Hotel Cerro has recently opened in downtown San Luis Obispo and this place is a great spot to stop for a cocktail in the Mission Fig Patio, The Distillery, rooftop poolside or to enjoy either lunch or dinner in the Brasserie.

The 65-key hotel consists of 8 suites, 57 standard rooms, 4 flats and 4 two story flats with roof decks fronting on Broad Street. The hotel amenities include a garden passageway with edible planter beds, a rooftop courtyard space, a fitness room, and a rooftop pool deck and dedicated bar.

The hotel lobby and restaurant, with patio seating front Garden Street. An open-air fireplace courtyard is located adjacent to the hotel lobby. On the opposite end of the hotel, the Spa Cerro fronts Broad Street and offers a gym, yoga and spa treatments.

Arris Portland just got a completeness letter for a hotel in Redwood City! The project will go to Architectural Review next month.

The project proposes to replace the existing service station on the +/- 27,157 sf site with a new 4 story, limited service 91 guest room hotel.

Arris Portland just got a permit for the Hyatt Place in Sunnyvale this month
The project consists of the construction of a 5-story, 90 room hotel with two levels of below grade parking.

The building consists of four stories of type VA construction over three stories, two below grade, of type 1A construction.

The portion of the building above the ground floor will be of modular construction. It will be fabricated off-site, delivered to the site and craned into place.

Arris Portland did a site visit of the Westgate Hotel in Beaverton this last week to see framing and the mechanical ducts going in.

The Westgate Hotel is the final piece of a larger mixed-use development located at the intersection of SW Rose Biggi Avenue and SW Crescent Street. With its proximity to the Max Red and Blue Lines, this will be a transit-oriented development that was originally approved by the City of Beaverton in 2008. The overall development includes two mixed-use apartment buildings, that are currently under construction and this proposed hotel.

The project proposes a new 5-story hotel with retail/restaurant space. The hotel layout is based off the Hyatt House brand.
