Bright Horizons at San Mateo We're a child care center and preschool that serves children 6 weeks to 5 years old. We also understand the many needs of working parents.

Our carefully crafted education programs are individualized to encourage curious, happy, and confident children at every age and stage. Three of her four children - and later, her grandson - attended our on-site center for PSECU employees. She fondly remembers the meaningful connections each teacher built with her family and how the curriculum prepared them for kindergarten and beyond.

A big part of the Bright Horizons culture is recognizing and celebrating employees. The Awards of Excellence (AOE) is our signature recognition​ program. The Awards of Excellence honors those employees who have contributed in a significant way to help Bright Horizons continue to fulfill our mission and live our HEART Principles. ​​All Bright Horizons centers hold an Awards Night annually to celebrate and recognize individuals and for our center this is our first ever Awards Night for our wonderful teachers and it was truly fun and special night.
