Must have good working knowledge of electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems as well as general carpentry and painting skills. Grounds keeping duties include mowing, trimming, bath house and general landscape work. Must be available outside of normal hours for emergencies and special requests. Must have good communication skills and a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a background check and be drug free. FHU and hourly wage.
