It’s an honor to congratulate Zach from Elk Grove as our October 2026 All Star Pro!

All Star Pro is a recognition program for team members who are selected by the Executive Leadership Team. Their work exemplifies our core values—Honest, Helpful, Capable, Driven, and Enthusiastic.

Zach started his career with All Star Rents in November of 2024 as an Equipment Attendant. Zach’s performance has stood out from day one and his achievements recently earned him a promotion to the Inside Sales Representative. Zach takes pride in being front and center with our customers and making sure they are taken care of. One of the best pieces of advice he received came from his Grandpa, who always told him to “do what’s right” something Zach strives to carry into every part of his life. One of his biggest surprises working in equipment rental has been seeing all the different types of customers we serve. Zach’s commitment to our customers and doing what’s right makes him a great example of what it means to be an All Star Pro.

Congratulations to Zach from Elk Grove on this well-deserved recognition as an All Star Pro!

It’s an honor to congratulate Harrison from Davis as our September 2026 All Star Pro!

All Star Pro is a recognition program for team members who are selected by the Executive Leadership Team. Their work exemplifies our core values—Honest, Helpful, Capable, Driven, and Enthusiastic.

Harrison started his career with All Star Rents 10 years ago at the Davis location. He is especially proud of the knowledge and experience he’s gained along the way. One of the most valuable skills Harrison has developed is adaptability—being able to listen to customers, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, and help find a solution. It’s no surprise that the ASR core value he connects with most is “Helpful”, as helping others has always been something Harrison genuinely enjoys. His best advice is to remember that we’re all human, not to sweat the small stuff, and enjoy each day. One thing that continues to surprise Harrison about the rental industry is just how many unique and impressive machines are out there. And a fun fact his coworkers may not know—he has a twin sister!

Congratulations to Harrison from Davis on this well-deserved recognition as an All Star Pro!

It’s an honor to congratulate Dwayne from Placerville as our August 2026 All Star Pro!

All Star Pro is a recognition program for team members who are selected by the Executive Leadership Team. Their work exemplifies our core values—Honest, Helpful, Capable, Driven, and Enthusiastic.

Dwayne began his career with All Star Rents in May 2025 as an Equipment Attendant in Placerville. One skill Dwayne is especially grateful to have gained at ASR is learning how to safely operate telehandlers. He’s also proud of his ability to deliver equipment safely to customers’ jobsites, an accomplishment that reflects his commitment to doing the job right and keeping safety a priority. With a background in general construction, Dwayne’s knowledge and experience in the industry may be something that most people would be surprised to learn about him. Dwayne’s core values, Training and Safety, are held most important to his career and daily work. The best advice Dwayne received is simple: “Keep your eyes on the goal!” And one of the biggest surprises about working in the equipment rental industry has been discovering the huge variety of equipment available to help get the job done.

Congratulations to Dwayne from Placerville on this well-deserved recognition as an All Star Pro!

🚛💙 What a truck-tastic day!

We had an incredible time at the Touch-A-Truck event in San Rafael last weekend! Seeing hundreds of kids climb aboard, honk horns, and imagine themselves using the equipment made our day.

All Star Rents is proud to do more than rent equipment—we’re proud to be part of the communities we serve. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed some swag, and shared smiles with our team. We loved meeting so many future operators, drivers, builders, and dreamers!

A big thank you to the event organizers and all the families who came out to make it such a fun day.
