Enjoy fishing from my dock and 2 kayaks are provided. 20 min to San Saba, 40 min to Llano & 30 min to Lampasas! Brand New Couch pulls out to a Queen Mattress. Kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with everything you may need. Closest HEB is in Lampasas but Llano and San Saba both have grocery stores. Large back patio to enjoy the scenery, 136' frontage of the Colorado River. Enjoy

fishing off the dock and 2 kayaks are provided for use. BBQ pit also available when we are not under a burn ban. 2 Night Minimum Please - $250/night (for 4 Tenants $50 for each additional tenant) - $100 Cleaning Fee
