Scam alert for South Shore Inn guests

We've learned that some guests are receiving WhatsApp messages from someone claiming to represent South Shore Inn. The messages ask you to "confirm" or "review" your reservation through a link and warn that your booking will be released within 24 hours.

These messages are not from us. South Shore Inn never contacts guests on WhatsApp, and we never ask you to pay or re-enter card details through a link sent by message.

If you get one: don't click the link, don't enter any information, and block and report the sender. If you already did, contact your bank or card issuer right away.

If you have questions about your reservation, call us directly at or reach out through our official email [email protected]. We have notified our property management system provider, who is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
