Hey Everyone!!!!

We wanted you to get to know us a little better...

My wife and I both grew up in Utah. We got married in 2011, and like most people, we had a lot of goals and dreams. My wife lived in Hungary for 18 months, so we wanted to travel Europe. We LOVE going 🚤 and our favorite place to go is Lake Powell.

After we got married I found myself working in a call center just barely getting by. We were living paycheck to paycheck, and I felt like a failure as a husband, a father, and a provider. Those promises I made were never going to happen working for someone else.

We made a decision to invest in real estate 🏡 and it has made all the difference in the world for us. When we heard we didn't have to own a property to make money that was a game changer.

We took $3000 out of our pocket to setup our first short term rental. Now we have 9 short term rentals without anymore money out of our pocket. We now cashflow more than I make at my W2 job.
