How Did We Meet and Fall In Love With Nature?

Red galoshes puddle jump as raindrops
charm the awakening of the yellow daffodil.

Watch a busy lady bug climbing upwards,
conquering the rough handle of an old garden hoe.

It passes by so fast I don’t hear
the sound of the little Chick-a-Dee
until it rests on a patch of March Marigolds.

But now perhaps nature’s nest of small blue eggs,
protected by the heart of their mother,
will tell us there are new beginnings.

It is spring outside my door.

It's spring here at Hidden Woods Bed and Breakfast and Alder Creek Cabin. Stuie (Stuart) has been running out in the forest, getting wet and is now asking to go into the warm house.

Hi Everyone: Thank you for your support as I start my journey sharing my little business with you. One of the dreams I have always had was to have a Japanese Garden. This is one of the steps towards that goal. Terry has been working days getting all of the panels up and they now make the garden a more private and personal place where our guests can go. Hello Everyone: I have had my little business for over 20 years and am now trying to learn FB. Everyone says I should do it, so wish me luck. If you would rather not get my emails, just let me know. Or if you can see where I can do a better job, just let me know that also. When one is 80 it is hard to keep up with all you smart younger friends. We just ordered a Almost Heaven Saunas Morgan 4-person Barrel Steam Sauna for our guests. It should be here in four to six weeks. We'll keep you posted as we put it together.

Sean and Peggy were kind enough to send us a wedding picture. They have been married a year now and are spending their first anniversary with us in March. They said they had to come back and hunt for the seventh mouse. We are always so thankful when friends return and we can share a moment together. Congratulations on your very First Anniversary. Coni, Terry and Mary Ann Good luck finding that last mouse.
