Firstly, Thank you for staying with us, we truly appreciate your business!
During this quickly changing environment where all of us are facing the hardship of PANDEMIC OF CORONAVIROUS - We are working closely with both our hotel brands and local health professionals to set the proper procedures to ensure all of our guest’s as well as our staff’s safety and well being. If you are staying with us for more than 1 night, we are implementing the following steps to our process of cleaning your room after you have checked in up till at least April 30, 2020
1. Daily, our staff will replace all dirty towels, empty all trash cans and vacuum your room.
2. On every 4th day of your stay, we will also change the bedding in your room and clean the bathroom.
3. Additional amenities can be picked up from the front desk at any time.
Also, We are limiting our Breakfast serving time - 6:30 am to 8:30 am. We request you to take your breakfast to your room so we all can limit the exposures to each other in the lobby and breakfast area at any given time. OR We will try our best to give a small breakfast bag per person as per the availability.
