Congratulations to the new buyers Shonda and Morgan Brabbs! So wonderful you made it happen and you got this amazing place!
I knew it from the first time you walked in that you were the perfect new owner for my property and best qualified to continue to develop Park Place Inn and Cottages as the most charming INN in town and the only vacation rental property in Historic Sanford where guest truly feel home.
My legacy lives on, and today, after 32 years living in Sanford I am a proud immigrant to say I left Sanford better than I found it: I helped it become what is it today, I built here, restored several homes, created a beautiful place, preserved its heritage and brought new abd hellef succeed several new businesses in town.
I gave jobs, helped hundreds, brought fine dinning in town, taught entrepreneurship, was a good neighbor, learned from many and grew in so many ways.
I can now say my dream was realized and I did more than I ever envision I have come to do. I am happy all my work was not in vain and progress continues. My heart is full of joy and gratitude.

Morgan and Shonda. You are the same age I was when I started it and have the same brilliance in your eyes, you have faith, and same drive I had to built this place. God set it aside for you but had you fight hard for it so that you will never take it for granted. You two deserve it! I wish you a grand success and an amazing journey with it! I know you will do well and am peaceful to know is in your hands! ❤️🙏🏻🌈🍀🍾🌺🎉☀️⭐️🥰🥳🎊💕

Good luck you two and remember what the great poet Maya Angelo said: “People may forget what you wore or what type of car you drove but they will always remember how you made them feel! 🍀❤️ Make it outstanding and be always kind as you are! 🤗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
