With the holidays fast approaching our current situation in the U.S. is making us all think about how we will keep our families and friends close while keeping them safe as well. One thing is for sure, this year is presenting us with a unique challenges for gatherings. You may not want everyone staying at your home or they may want their own space.

is the perfect answer to this dilemma. All of our cottages are self-contained with their own entrance(no close hallways) and their own separate air systems. Each cottage also has it’s own outdoor space in case al fresco dining or happy hour is in the plans. Why stay inside when is so beautiful in November!

Our eclectic and comfortable cottages have stood and weathered so much in almost one hundred years of life. Our is a lovely retreat with two bedrooms, a full kitchen and a large living area.

Harding was President, Roy and Walt Disney found the Walt Disney Company, Yankee Stadium opens it’s doors and our cornerstone house, the Historic Craftsman Cottage, first appeared on home registers in Sanford. This is our three bedroom, three and a half bathroom house with a wraparound porch, full kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. It is perfect for families on vacation or for small local events.
