Hi! I’m Caihlin, the owner operator of Coastal Joy Vacation Rentals.

I’m so glad you’re here. Coastal Joy Vacation Rentals was built on one simple belief: your vacation should be relaxing from the moment you book until the day you return home.

Unlike large vacation rental companies, I personally oversee every property I manage. I carefully select each home, work closely with our homeowners, and partner with an amazing local team to ensure every stay is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared.

Since welcoming our first guests in 2018, we’ve had the privilege of hosting hundreds of 5-star stays. Whether it’s recommending the best shelling beach, helping you find the perfect sunset restaurant, or responding quickly if you need anything during your trip, my goal is to make you feel like you’re staying with a trusted friend.

When I’m not helping guests plan their beach vacations, I’m spending time with my husband and our three children, always dreaming about our next trip to the Florida Gulf Coast.

This is a rare amenity that many complexes do not offer and is a major added benefit for guests who want to enjoy Sanibel’s outdoor lifestyle more comfortably. The system uses biodegradable products that are EPA-registered and designed for responsible outdoor pest control.
