Official Giveaway Rules (AKA the red tape!)
1. Sponsor
The Oceanās Reach 5,000 Followers Giveaway is sponsored by Oceanās Reach Condominium Resort, Sanibel Island, Florida.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 25 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Oceanās Reach, members of their immediate households, and others directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins when the official giveaway post is published and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 23, 2026.
4. How to Enter
To receive one entry, participants must:

Like the original giveaway post.
Leave a comment on the original post answering the giveaway question.
Tagging friends and sharing the post are welcomed but are not required and will not provide additional entries. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is necessary.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
One four-night stay at Oceanās Reach Condominium Resort
One Sanibel-themed board game
One $100 gift certificate to a Sanibel restaurant selected by Oceanās Reach
The stay must occur between August 29th and December 18, 2026, is subject to availability, and excludes holiday periods and other blackout dates established by Oceanās Reach. Reservations must be arranged directly with Oceanās Reach. Transportation, meals other than the stated gift certificate, incidental expenses, and other costs are not included.
The prize has no cash value, is nontransferable, may not be substituted or resold, and cannot be combined with another promotion or discount. Unused portions of the prize will be forfeited.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on the official Oceanās Reach page on August 25, 2026.
Oceanās Reach will contact the potential winner using the Facebook account associated with the winning entry. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or cannot use the stay within the designated period, Oceanās Reach may select an alternate winner.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to comply with these rules and accept Oceanās Reachās decisions as final. Oceanās Reach reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries and to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control affect its fairness or administration.
