✨ Something NEW is happening at Pointe Santo… ✨

For the very first time, we’re bringing **LIVE ENTERTAINMENT** to the Pointe! 🎶

Join us Thursday nights in April as music fills the air at Paradise Pointe Pavilion, adding a whole new energy to the Pointe Santo experience. Enjoy time by the pool, in the courtyard, or taking in those beautiful Gulf views while live music sets the perfect vibe.

As our repeat renters are aware we were required to find a new management company post hurricane. Premier Properties our previous on site agent closed post hurricane.
As with any new joint venture there are always wrinkles to iron out.
We have had no complaints about the current off site management company, Sanibel Captiva Island Vacations. However their practice is to use benign white coverlets on beds in all of their managed units. As owners we are not a fan of this hotel/mass unit look. This unit is our 2nd home and as such we strive for individualality in decor. We will continue to work with them to utilize our preferred comforters.

Someone asked about the new pool pavilion. Here is a picture from today. They are constantly working on it as you can see. It's getting closer to opening. The railing are being finalized today the dock is being finished as well.
The pool area is open during the continued pavilion construction.
