We are proud to have partnered with local charity from November through December for "Dishing it out for Charity."

Our restaurants and donated $2 of each chef's selected dishes sold to give back to our community. We are so fortunate to have Direct Relief as not only a generous humanitarian non-profit but a native to our home in Santa Barbara! The ACME Hospitality team is proud to have been able to generate this donation and look forward to another year working with 805 Living's "Dishing it out for Charity!"

Ensure that all guests at the bar are given proper service of food and wine in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.

Responsible for producing all alcoholic beverages for the dining room while delivering friendly and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar.

Organize and prioritize daily side work to ensure their timely and correct completion.

Responsible for a working daily knowledge of the wine list and menu.

Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment. Keep all service stations/areas clean and organized at all times.

Communicate service needs to colleagues and work together as a team in order to provide seamless service to all guests.

Report any and all issues that arise with guests to a member of management in a timely fashion.

Measure all spirits used to control inventory.

Requisition any necessary bottles of wine or spirits from a member of management.

Ensure that any and all beverages made are rung in and paid for.

Responsible for cash till.

Maintain a personal appearance that is neat and clean and have a clean and pressed uniform at all times.

All other duties as assigned.

Acme Hospitality is seeking a Sous Chef for its wildly popular Lucky Penny wood-fired pizza cafe. Our beloved, seasonal scratch-made menu features pizza, salads, sandwiches and small plates. Located in Santa Barbara's arts and entertainment district affectionately called the Funk Zone, Lucky Penny has been serving the community for the last 8 years and continues to be a favorite of locals and visitors.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that has a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of management and leadership experience, comfortability with mentoring, training and kitchen management and a passion for culinary excellence. Wood-fired oven experience is a plus.
