We are having a huge Estate Sale this Friday & Saturday! Including The WOODS Art Studio/Classes. ( We are demolishing it so everything needs a new home to keep creativity alive. If you come get some stuff I’ll feel like it’s not completely gone, so great prices and lots for FREE!!! I’d love to see all of my old students that gathered there over the years! That would make this a lot easier!❤️❤️❤️

I’m the luckiest Mom in whole world. My Son and his fiance have moved to Santa Barbara!! I raised him in NYC but we spent summers in Santa Barbara and he went to SBCC. I’m so grateful they both have worked so hard to be able to choose where they want to live!! Now I have all three of my kids here which is heaven!!
They are actively looking for a place to live and you guys were so helpful in finding my daughter a place I thought I’d put it out there again. Their move in date is not critical so it might be nice to to be able to plan ahead knowing you have a tenant comming! Their budget is $2500-$3000. Please DM me if you know any places!

UPDATE: This summer of 2024 we are not going to have Summer Art Camp! (But wait for what’s next) Even though it’s taken nearly a year to be able to say that out loud. It’s just impossible for me to run both The Woods Art Studio and Menchaca Chocolates at the same time. Both were equally successful but Menchaca Chocolates included working with my partner in crime Pete Menchaca. So this pushed us into what you may have heard about— our Chocolate & Art Workshops! That fulfills my certain need to teach and using my endless amount of Art supplies. But I still miss the kids soooo… Yes you can probably guess. This summer we are introducing CHOCOLATE ART CAMP! https://menchacachocolates.com/
3 sessions, all different ages and lots of take home chocolate!! It’s kind of expensive but that’s really the cost of the high end, healthy, dairy free, organic chocolate they will be bringing home all week!!! It’s really going to be an amazing experience in all kinds of Chocolate and creative packaging! Hope that helps you understand why I’ve made this very very tough decision. Art Camp has now begun!!!! and we have a stunning day today! It finally feels like summer! and we have spots still in our next two ART Camps!

For you locals! We have Easter themed chocolate molds if bunnies and different size Eggs to fill baskets or to paint at the shop with our brand new cacao Paint!!!! ( comes with a little metal palette and tea candle! ) choice of Mango, Lemon and Strawberry white Menchaca Chocolates.
