Join us on September 17 for the seventh installment of The El Encanto Culinary Series, featuring Chef Estrella Jafif. Known for her vibrant, ingredient-driven cuisine and distinctive culinary perspective, the Mexico City-based chef and author will present a special family style dinner inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines with ingredients from California’s Central Coast. Wines will be hand-selected and served by Wero Cham from Vinos Boutique Mexicanos.
