ss. Everything is handmade and/or from scratch. Chef/Owner Kasia Maslanka is born and raised in Santa Cruz CA with pride. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, CSCA Pasadena CA. She has a fine pedigree ranging from The Beverly Hills Cheese Store, The Montage Resort and Spa of Laguna Beach, Google and Treebones Resort of Big Sur to name a few. Kasia also has had the joy of appearing on TheFoodNetwork 4 times on the show Cupcake Wars. She also has won multiple notable culinary competitions with Celebrity Chefs. She is a young ambitious chef wanting to bring the food truck craze to her beautiful home town of Santa Cruz.
