Chef/Owner Kasia Maslanka is dedicated to a 200 mile radius for sourcing only the finest and best quality ingredients. ate3one offers Fine Meats, Vegan options, Paleo options, Local Ice Cream, local Breads, local Vegetables and Fruits. ss. Everything is handmade and/or from scratch. Chef/Owner Kasia Maslanka is born and raised in Santa Cruz CA with pride. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, CSCA Pasadena CA. She has a fine pedigree ranging from The Beverly Hills Cheese Store, The Montage Resort and Spa of Laguna Beach, Google and Treebones Resort of Big Sur to name a few. Kasia also has had the joy of appearing on TheFoodNetwork 4 times on the show Cupcake Wars. She also has won multiple notable culinary competitions with Celebrity Chefs. She is a young ambitious chef wanting to bring the food truck craze to her beautiful home town of Santa Cruz.

Given everything that has happened in Maui last week , we have decided to donate ALL profits from this Saturdays event to Maui fire relief. Please come by and show your support!
