Even though I live on this beautiful Nature Preserve, I find myself caught in all the “to do’s” of life and don’t spend time getting my dose of grounding and nature healing.
I choose to take at least 15 a day to sit on the earth with my back against a living tree and breathe in the power of the forest. Who wants to join me in this commitment? Share photos and let me know your experience with more time on this glorious Mother Earth.
