Stunning sunsets over the gulf. Fall break is our favorite time of year to stay at ☀️ Not as hot as mid-summer, cool evenings, and all of our favorite cafe’s and shops are still open for the season. This public beach access point is 5-7 minutes easy bike ride from the house. And the house rental comes with four beach cruisers for a run down to the beach or a destination ride along 30A.

Who is lining up their 2022 beach vacation on ? Did you know that is within a bicycle ride to ? Oh, and four beach cruiser bikes are included in your stay.) Rounding out this year with gratitude for our many guests that kept our guest house full for most of 2021, and I’m heading into the new heat eager to host our 2022 visitors!🌊🌊🌊

🌊 ☀️ The summer has been packed with guests just about everyday, but lots of availability in August, some left in September, and a few chunks of days remaining available in October. We are seeing a trend of booking a few weeks before the actual vacation, so August might book up toward the end of this month. Reserve your days now before beach weather is behind us! And if you booked it from our IG or FB info, let us know so we can send a small gift for your trip.😉

BIG NEWS!!!! just announced they will be flying direct from to - just down the road from The Guest House at 30A.😱😱😱
While the drive isn’t too bad, a short, cheap flight to Destin is a game changer.

Local dining spots have excellent carry out options for those wanting to social distance and eat-in.
(Also, the front balcony has a high top table if you want to eat in the fresh air.)
