About this space
This is a perfect house, very beautiful and spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood of Santa Rosa Beach. Plenty of games to play with a great sound system to have a little party! It's close to everything you might need, 3.5 miles away from the gorgeous beaches of 30A, restaurants and shops. Also, the bay is only a mile away and has a free public boat access, so you can always bring your boat as we have enough parking space for it. This is also a perfect area for those who likes to run or bike as it is on the perfect loop road. Back yard was recently upgraded with a deck/BBQ area, grill and an incredible lit-up firepit! After the next summer. We are looking at building a bigger deck that leads out to your own private pool!

The space
This property offers you plenty of parking space with a horse shoe driveway and also along the house. The house has vinyl floors, modern bathrooms included with a whirlpool bath tub and everything else you need to make your vacation enjoyable. We also have plenty of linens and towels (shower and beach) that you are more than welcome to use. We just ask that you leave them out if we do so we know to wash them for our next guests. We also have in-house laundry that you have full access to use at your desire!

Guest access
The guests will have the whole house, no shareable spaces. Entry is by Code given by Manager.

Add-ons
We also have put many beach toys and chairs in the shed out back so you don't have to worry about packing them! There are coolers and games in there as well. There is plenty of wood on the rack that is seasoned and covered so you can enjoy the firepit as much as you'd like.

I've added some screen grabs to show a good location and what's around. The first picture is how close you are to the best restaurants in Santa Rosa Beach. There are 3 of them all in the same location so everyone can pick what they want! I've also attached distance from Destin and Panama City Beach where there is even more to do for vacation! The last picture is to show how many beaches are less than 8 minutes away from where you'll stay! You can pick a different one each day!

We are officially ready to start putting guests on the calendar! We are going to start renting April 1st through October31st! There will still be a few changes around the house but the pictures are to give you an idea of what it will look like when you stay!
