In case anyone is interested, there is a sales tax holiday going on. Take those Christmas gifts back and rebuy them. LOL

Florida's Back to School sales tax holiday will begin on January 1st and run through January 14th. During this period, no sales tax or local option tax will be collected on the purchases of clothing, footwear, and certain accessories selling for $100 or less per item, certain school supplies selling for $50 or less per item, and sales of personal computers and certain computer-related accessories when purchased for noncommercial home or personal use for $1500 or less. The relevant tax categories have been updated to reflect this exemption.

I had a close friend say that she didn't understand the difference in what we do and what any other management company does. Why are we different?

1st, we learned the business from the bottom up. Guest satisfaction starts with a well cleaned and maintained home. Owner satisfaction starts with excellent communication.

2nd, we looked at what management companies do and figured out how we can do it better for less money. Guests want less expenses booking their reservation and owners want better profitability.
