"Lookout at the Beach" is our condo at Gulf Place, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, in the heart of Scenic 30A. Pics and description can be seen at www/vrbo.com/6753.

HOWEVER, if you book directly with me, you will save the considerable Vrbo booking fee. I take personal checks and Venmo and rates have not changed from last year. Plus cleaning fees are included.

Again, see www.vrbo.com/6753 for a look at our fourth floor, two bedroom, two bath condo with access to all the amenities of Gulf Place. This includes three heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts and several restaurants, all within walking distance. And, a spectacular view of the Gulf from the fourth-floor balcony. Also we offer deeded accesses to the sugar-white beach. Perfect for a family vacation.

I have several weeks open in the summer high season as well as weeks in spring and fall (an even winter).

This family-friendly Santa Rosa Beach condo building is located on a lake, within 3 mi (5 km) of Santa Rosa Beach, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and Blue Mountain Beach. Grayton Beach State Park and Grand Boulevard Town Center are also within 6 mi (10 km).

Our condo is unit 402 in the Gulf Place Caribbean building. If you are interested in booking this lovely unit, send me a private message via Messenger. I'll get back to you ASAP. By dealing directly with me you can avoid the Vrbo service fee and I like that because it saves me the credit card upcharge.

Hello friends of Scenic 30A. Bookings have been coming along this winter and 2022 promises to be a good year. However, I still have a couple weeks in early May and September is wide open.

Additionally, if you contact me directly rather than going through Vrbo, you will save yourself the booking fee. I truly love to deal directly with potential guests.
