OUR PUBLIC BEACHES ARE UNDER ASSAULT BY LAWYERS AND SOME PRIVATE BEACHFRONT OWNERS.

If you have ever visited and walked in the sand along the beaches of 30A and Walton County Florida - please take the time to complete a Customary Use affidavit in front of a notary and mail to the county for receipt prior to September 8.

We need your support to keep the beaches open to the public.

Our Playa Bonita 30A Seagrove Beach Condo sits right in the middle of 30A - if you have stayed with us you have enjoyed customary usage of our beaches.

Playa Bonita (Beautiful Beach) is the perfect resting spot for your beach getaway. Newly renovated and new to the rental program, this Seagrove condo places you conveniently just 100 steps to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and a short walk or bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor.

Playa Bonita comfortably sleeps, 6 adults. You must be well rested for endless beach adventures - the master bedroom is appointed with a queen bed topped with extremely comfortable sheets and an HD flat-screen television. There are 2 bunk beds in the hall and a comfy sleeper sofa in the main living area – both with the same exceptional quality of bedding.
