Seaside, Fla. – The Seaside Commercial District will begin our phased reopening on May 29 while continuing to make health and safety our priority. The ‘Seaside Experience’ will look and feel different this summer. In the first phase of our gradual reopening we will close Central Square to automobiles. This will help set the stage for ‘Seaside Al Fresco.’ With reduced traffic and crowds – strolling, shopping and dining will be even more attractive. Tents will line Central Square establishing an open-air market and the ability to queue guests into retail stores with limited capacities.

‘Phenomenon' is a relaxing, newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2.5 bath beach cottage located on the historic east side of Seaside just steps away from the eastern, adult pool, croquet lawn and tennis courts.
Private beach access is available at the Tupelo Pavilion and a short stroll brings you to Seaside’s famous restaurants, chapel, stores and all of activities that 30A has to offer. Four ’SEASIDE' cruiser bikes are included with the cottage and are available to our guests.

This cozy (hypo allergenic) cottage is decorated in bright and breezy colors. The downstairs open floor plan offers a living room with a flat screen TV, Apple TV and Wi-Fi, a modern well-equipped kitchen, dining for eight and a powder bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom (king) with a private bathroom (pair of vanities, shower and bath tub), a guest bedroom (king) and a bunk room (four twin beds) share a hall bathroom (pair of vanities and shower). Each bedroom has a TV and the tower room offers sunset views.

Please note this cottage only allows Saturday-Saturday rentals during our high season, minimum age for renters is 25, no pets, large parties or more than 8 guests 🌴
