A little spotlight on our Farmview Cottage. The newest fam rental. 4 BR / 3 BH sleeps 8, has a hot tub, Game room, open kitchen, private hiking trails and playground right from the back yard. My personal favorite part is the neighbors - our friendly farm crew will hang out with you while you soak in the hot tub or roast s’mores around the fire.

Our paddling staff have been hard at work collaborating with some amazing community partners to bring the First Annual North Fork Fest to life!

The whitewater paddling community around the Upper French Broad is often overlooked, but it is one of immense strength, legacy, and passion. This event is all about coming together to celebrate everything that makes this community so special.

Whether you’re a seasoned paddler, a curious beginner, or simply a fan of the outdoors, there’s something for everyone. Let’s share stories, create memories, and honor the vibrant paddling culture of the North Fork.

“There are no words to express our gratitude to Tiffany & Clayton. They allowed us to have an elopement on property and created a beautiful space for us to have our ceremony. The farmhouse is beautifully decorated, clean, and appointed with all the necessities. The grounds are beautiful and the animals are so fun. Clayton & Tiffany are gracious, warm and wonderful hosts we could not have asked for more. We cannot wait to go back to celebrate our anniversary. “ - N&B

This was our first elopement on property and it was a dream. It was a blessing to host and welcome such a wonderful couple, what a special and memorable day on the farm. Chester was blown away by how beautiful the bride was 🤍
