Thirty-four summers on Kiwassa Lake… and the view still stops us in our tracks.

Mornings like this — a quiet boat drifting across glassy water, loons in the distance, coffee on the porch while the clouds roll through the Adirondacks — are what summer at Cochran’s Cabins & Kiwassa Lake Suites is all about.

We’re excited to kick off our 34th summer season and welcome guests back to the lake. Whether you’re here for early morning fishing, paddling the Saranac chain, campfires with family, or simply unplugging for a few days, our rustic waterfront cabins are ready for another unforgettable Adirondack summer. Cabins are spread across 20 wooded acres along Lake Kiwassa and the Kiwassa Outlet, with direct access to miles of waterways and classic Adirondack views.

Fishing season is underway, the docks are ready, and there’s nothing better than watching the lake wake up from your screened porch.
