As an elevated fine dining restaurant server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to guests in an upscale dining environment. You will be responsible for delivering a personalized and memorable dining experience, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing recommendations, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Greeting and Seating Guests
-Learning the TOAST POS system
-Taking Orders
-Serving Food and Beverages
-Knowledge of Menu and Beverages
-Providing Exceptional Service
-Collaborating with the Kitchen and Bar Staff
-Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization
Requirements:
Previous serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is highly preferred.
Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and wine pairings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic math skills for handling payments.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour (Excellent TIPS)
Shifts: Lunch shift Dinner shift
