"Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Mimosa Retreat! My young daughter and I loved this house, especially the pool! We spent every afternoon floating, watching birds outside the screened in area and relaxing on the lounge chairs.
What I loved most was how well stocked this house is! I have stayed in many, many rentals, and the care and attention to detail that was taken- from the full stocked coffee bar (I usually bring my own!), labeled drawers full of everything you may need including plastic wrap, spices, cookware, and honestly anything you can think of! Beach towels, beach items that you could not take on a plane, all readily available.
The location was also so convenient, 20 minutes or less to Siesta Key Beach, a Publix and Target a mile away, and there was so much to do within 30 minutes we didn’t even get to everything we wanted to do!
The neighborhood is very quiet, easy access from the small and easy Sarasota airport. Our host, Dan, was very communicative and I felt if any issue arose it would be taken care of promptly, but none did because this home is well cared for and loved! We cannot wait to be able to stay again!" ☀️
