Siesta Key Beachside Villas is offering limited inventory beginning Saturday, December 21, 2024.

These bookings may be isolated to particular locations throughout our property. We encourage you to inquire about available locations within your preferred category prior to booking. Please be advised that the property is also in the process of completing light renovations caused by the recent hurricanes. These light renovations are primarily repairs to our drywall, tile, flooring, texturing, and painting. As such, workers may be present walking the grounds during your stay. Should you choose to stay at our property during this time, compensation will not be afforded.

If you would like to rebook your reservation for this property, please contact the property directly at (941) 203-5985. Our Front Desk agents will provide you with the most current updates on inventory, availability, and the property itself.

The villas also has limited staff on site starting Saturday, December 21, 2024. Our office hours will be limited from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.

The Big Tiki Lounge reopened its doors and is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. It’s located at Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites.

Holderness, who is also co-owner of Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites and Big Tiki Lounge, estimated that about 20% of Siesta Key’s available rentals were flooded and off the market. “That’s 80% that can be rented,” he said. He predicted a “very good” tourism season, and that with supply down, the 80% available on the market will fetch premium prices. “For some, it will be the best year,” he said.
Not only will the Crystal Classic be back, but plans are being made for the return of the traditional Thanksgiving Day parade with an appearance by Santa.

Dear Valued Patrons,

After the impact of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your patience and understanding during this time. We just regained power at our temporary office yesterday and are currently working to restore internet today. We are working hard to catch up on all reservations, cancellations, and inquiries regarding the resort.

Jacob Steckerl took a cellphone video of a storm surge crashing into the sliding glass doors of his condominium during Helene. He said Hurricane Milton destroyed the building next to his place.

Dear Valued Patrons,

Category 3 Hurricane Milton is quickly approaching or area. At this time, our staff is working to prepare the property for another storm.

Please note that all reservations through December 25, 2024, have been cancelled and refunded. If you booked through a third party, you must request a cancellation request through them. Once the request is received, please allow for 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your account.

The Big Tiki Lounge reopened its doors this past Saturday but sadly we will once again be suspending its operation until further notice.

The hotel will not have staff on site beginning Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Our third-party reservations team will be handling all calls throughout the storm.

Once conditions permit, staff will return and begin assessing damages and answering phones and e-mails during the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day.

Please be patient as we promise to work as quickly as possible to resume a normal operation. At this time, there will be limited access to email and telephones. Once we return, we will do our best to respond to all messages and inquiries as quickly as possible.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
