Happy National Tourism Day!

Working in hospitality has taught me something special: everyone has a story about where they’ve been and where they hope to go next. Today feels like the perfect moment to celebrate all the places that shape us — the road trips, the quick getaways, the big adventures, and even the spontaneous detours that end up becoming the best memories.

Travel is a huge part of my own life, and it always reminds me how much joy there is in exploring somewhere new. Whether you’re traveling far or staying close to home, I hope you find something that inspires you today.

Hi Friends!

After closing camp in mid‑October, I finally pressed pause and spent the past few months doing something I haven’t done in a long time—traveling, exploring, and catching my breath. It’s been a much‑needed reset, but now it’s time to dive back in.

I’ll be catching up on phone calls and emails, and I’m also working on some updates to the website. If you’re already dreaming about summer, reservations are open online.

As much of the country braces for this massive winter storm, I'm settling in and getting things rolling for the season ahead. I hope everyone stays safe and warm. Summer will be here before we know it - and so will the camping season!

Unfortunately, we will no longer be accepting walk-ins for this upcoming Phish Camping Weekend. We will be on a reservation only basis until further notice.

Hey everyone! Sorry for being MIA the last few days. I had an unexpected stay in the hospital (kidney stones ugh) and I am starting to play catch up. I’ll be working through all the emails and voicemails over the next couple days.

Remember, we also take walk-ins. If you plan on camping with a tent, you don’t need a reservation. There is plenty of space available. If we do fill up for any date, you’ll know.

A big thank you to Alicen for helping me out while still working your 9-5. Not sure how many people know, but there are 3 people who work here at the park - 4 on the weekends. With only me in the office.

Thank you to all those that have showed patience.

Today was a beautiful day and the campground is beginning to really dry up from the crazy weather that we had last week. At this time, opening day will still be on May 22nd - which will give the campground more time to dry and time for us here to clean up for everyone. Although I can't tell if I'm hearing thunder right now, or it's my stomach telling me to consume something other than coffee - if it's thunder then 'Rain, rain go away.....'

Although not completely finished, the new updated website is up. Still a work in progress - I've got plenty more to add and update, but it's coming together! Just call me Orkin cause I be fixing those bugs.

We are at the final stretch with the reservation system! So close, I can almost feel the automated confirmations...unless, of course, that's just my last shred of sanity making a break for it.

I've begun adding reservations into the new system - Shoutout to Amanda, Roxanne, and Christine for being patient with me! I'll be making a lot more calls over the next few days, so if you've emailed, called, or messaged me - get ready.
