Having an early dinner at our favorite Sargent restaurant. These East Matagorda Bay Oysters are the 💣! No wonder boats come all the way from Louisiana to harvest them.

We haven't posted in awhile but we survived Winter Storm Uri with just a broken pipe at the fish cleaning station. It was a quick fix and it's up and running again. With the weather warming up, the fishing should only get better. The guides are doing well on the bays right now. March is full but we have room in April.
