Went up the hill to explore yesterday. Luckily we still have a lot of snow on the ground!!
No lower trails are open yet. It’s been unseasonably warm here all winter.
Be patient!
For now check out Hartmans or Rabbit Valley for a good day of moto.
The Shack is no longer available for short term rental. We have had a ton of inquiries.
We will keep updating over the next month.

Spring snow brings epic riding this summer!

Looking for opinions on whether or not you would stop by when riding in Sargents for a coffee or breakfast burrito.
 Thinking about buying a small food trailer to have here to offer a quick bite to eat in the mornings and a good espresso or coffee.

The Shack is again up for sale. With a new septic system and well installed last year, and a few more upgrades this spring, the little piece of paradise can be yours.
Ride out the door to the best offroad trails Colorado has to offer.
Saguache county will issue a short term rental permit so you could use it as a moto vacation rental with potential summer income of $50k
I have enjoyed the area and the Shack for over 10 years and now it’s time for me to do something different.
