This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom beachfront condo in Satellite Beach, Florida comfortably sleeps up to six guests and is located on the second floor with ocean views from every room.

Whether you’re planning a romantic couples escape or a relaxing family getaway, The Sandy Nook is designed to be the perfect coastal retreat.

We are currently renovating every room to create a fresh, elevated space for our guests. The Sandpiper Resort is also undergoing an exciting transformation, including a brand-new heated pool and updated landscaping with more enhancements on the way.

✨ Reservations will open for June 2026, when both the condo and resort improvements are complete.

She is extremely easy to use. Tells you the weather even.

Had a gorgeous view of the sunrise from The Sandy Nook’s balcony this morning!
And that whole back area you see in the videos will be filled with beautiful pavers, coastal plant life, and a heated pool. Can’t wait!

I get to stay at The Sandy Nook next week!! I’m so freaking excited to start the prep for this condo reno. We are renovating as environmentally friendly as we can. So we are up-cycling alot of what’s already in the condo. Making them updated and pretty. We will also add items that need to be new and comfortable. It’s going to be a lot of work and so beautiful.
I have so many projects ahead to share with y’all. So stay tuned!

How fun is this? They do this every year for Christmas Eve in Cocoa Beach. Which is where the parties are. About a 10 min drive from The Sandy Nook Condo. A quick drive away but get to stay in a nice quiet beach area for that much needed R&R. Win-Win! Hmmm 🤔..next year?

Welp! We did it!! We bought a condo! We absolutely fell in love with it and the whole area of Satellite Beach and Cocoa Beach FL. Can’t wait to get back there to soak up that sun!

We’ll be completely renovating these next few months and will hopefully be ready for short term rentals this spring. The pool and whole back area of the building is also being completely renovated right now too. And should be ready to be used by the time we are ready to rent out our Airbnb. Actually the whole building has undergone a complete transformation!
